Leave Request in ESS

Hi Gurus,

I need to display all the leave records maintained in the IT2001(Either maintain through porta or maintained directly in the backend) in the Leave request tab.

I can able to see only the portal request but not the data directly maintanined in the back end.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
