Automatic PO closer

Hi,

Kindly help me to clarify following

1. Can we close PO permanently through automatic PO closer

2. Can we generate SAP update 3 days before the automatic closer which can be distributed to users

3. If PO can be closed permanently , can we assign approved user to reopen part delivered PO
