SAP QM QS51 - Error

Dear QM Gurus,

I wanted to add CH to a plant 5315 for catalog 3 (usage decision).

But Im getting the error as Entry 5315 does not exist in T001W (check entry).

My Quality server has the plant 5315 and no error but the above error is in Dev server.

Pls  guide me on this.
