I created a report which uses a sub-report, using a shared variable to pass the OnOrder quantity from the sub-report to the main report. The OnOrder quantity shows correctly in an export to .pdf, but repeats itself in following records if there is no OnOrder quantity when exporting to MS Excel 2007 - Data only. I have attached a sample showing the export to .pdf and to .xls. The last field on the right is the OnOrder that is repeating. Does anyone have suggestions on how to eliminate the duplicates?
