Hi Friends,
We have a urgent production issue where all the batch jobs which involves in creating files in AL11 gets failed.
The problem is when these batch job runs in back ground and tries to create a file in AL11 it raises a dump as
file "\interfaces\*\*" (* is respected directories) is not open.
When we open the same and debug in fore ground it is executing successfully and don't even raise a error or exception.
We talked to our Server team(linux) and SAP security team(basis) to discuss about the authorization and roles of Job id.
But as per Basis:
No authorization changed for batch job id. it has SAP_ALL access.
Linux team:
We do not have any other user to access the OS file directory except (Sys)adm.
All the SAP id's are accessing the OS directory via this (sys)adm id.
We have check and cross checked the codes but we don't have any clue why it is behaving like that.
Could you please help to find out the problem and suggest possible solution.
Thank you.
