My Leave Request - Failure Error

Hi,

I am trying to set up leave request and using all standard catalog and fiori. I have activated all services and double checked but it is giving below error when I click on Tiles.

Failure - Unable to start App

I don't see any error in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG but collected few error log from Crome browser using F12.

I followed all the steps as per below link

I am using the below link for launchpad and running catalog for "My Leave Request"

Please advise what could be the issue.
