LIS Info Structure update issue

Hi All ,

Currently i have requirements to create a  Info structure to capture the credit release
data using transaction codes VKM1 , VKM2, VKM3,VKM4 of the blocked sales order.

1. I need to capture the data like order number,
   who realised , created by net value, changed on , credit control area , credit
   limit, order released  values
2. I am facing the below difficulties

I have create a standard info structure
S901 with update type Sales Order and delivery billing

Created update rules for the fields

When i am testing this i had the below issue

Order realised via VKM1 only getting updated in the infostructure , order realised via VKM2 ,VKM3 VKM4 is not getting updated to the info structure

And if the same order is realised
twice in a span of 10 min using VKM1 , the second record is not getting updated
to the info structure.

my  requirement is to capture all the credit releases performed via vkm1 , vkm2, vkm3, vkm4 . it is possible
that same order can be released more than once in a day. What are the things will update to
info structure if we create as standard  sales and distribution.

Any suggesting how i will achieve this is a great help.
