Dear All,
I have query regarding PT, please give some input on this.
Employees are eligible for up to ten (10) working days of short-term sick leave per year.
If an employee is a new joiner on probation period, his/her probation period will be extended to the number of leave days that he/she is granted for the short-term sick leave.
I know IT 0016 is there to capture the probation period days. But, how to increase the probationer days automatically when he/she is granted for a leave.
How to adapt this one in SAP?
